ABOUT CPPQ POSTAL
The Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire was developed by the Department of Health to help pharmacies to monitor quality of advice and services given to customers. For those patients who do not visit the pharmacy there is a ‘distance selling pharmacy’ version of the questionnaire – CPPQ Postal.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We send you all you need to complete the survey, including a full support pack You send a questionnaire to each ‘distant’ patient and they use a freepost return envelope to post it directly back to CFEP We provide an informative and easy to understand report You use the report to celebrate your successes and target your areas for improvement
